セルフマッサージのすすめ ： 頭痛編
こんにちは、まだまだ寒いですね。
寒さのせいか、この頃ゆとりにに来てくださるお客様に頭痛の方がとても増えていま
す。
肩や首がこってきて、ひどくなると頭痛になったり、偏頭痛でガンガンとしたり、頭
が痛いと何をしても辛いですよね。
ぼくもけっこう頭痛になることが多いので、よーくわかります。
頭痛には様々な原因があるので、これをすれば必ず治る！というものはありません
が、簡単なセルフマッサージを一つご紹介します。
耳の後ろから首の横を通って鎖骨までつながっている「胸鎖乳突筋」という筋肉があ
ります。
普通、肩こりや頭痛の時は、肩や首の後ろをニギニギとすると思いますが、この首の
前に走っている「胸鎖乳突筋」が意外に苦しんでいることがあります。
試しに「胸鎖乳突筋」を自分の指で軽くつまんでみてください。
いろいろつまんでみると、ある所で「ギンッ」と痛みが目の方に響く所があるかもし
れません。
それがあれば、今の頭痛の原因の一つに「胸鎖乳突筋」の緊張が考えられます。
・そこを、響く感じが心地良い程度の強さでやさしくつまむ。
・胸鎖乳突筋を蒸しタオルで暖める。
など試してみてください、一番気持ちいいと感じる方法が一番ご自分に合っている方
法だと思います。
特にこれは、後頭部（首の付け根）から目の裏にかけてが痛い時には効果があります
よ。
痛みの残りやすい部分なので、くれぐれも力任せにやらないようにしてください。
2月末から発行される「ゆとり通信vol.3」にさらに詳しく頭痛や「胸鎖乳突筋」につ
いて書いてあるのでぜひ読んでくださいませ。

先日はお世話さまでした。
その後、腰もだいぶ軽くなって、ゆとりに行って良かったなぁと感謝しております。
早朝出勤の朝は、南條さんのアドバイス「腰にカイロとか当てて温めるといいですよ」を実践してますよ。
あと、富士登山の情報をいろいろ教えてくださって、ありがとうございます！
初めての富士山挑戦で、「この腰でダイジョウブなんだろーか？」と少し不安に思っていたので、お話を聞いて気持ちが軽くなりました。
あれからいろんなサイトで調べて、どのコースを登ろうかと友人とおデコつき合わせて相談しています。登山グッズを選んだり、買ったばかりの登山靴を履き慣らしたりと、もうすでに、楽しいです。来月は足慣らしに高尾山に行こうかと。
お礼を言うつもりが、なんだか山登りの話ばかりになってしまいました。すみません。興奮しているようです。

本人も忘れるぐらい昔のケガでも、しぶとくちょっかいを出して来るもんなんですよねぇ。

こんにちは。
二週間ほど前に「ゆとり」で癒された、ほんだと申します。
南條さんに施術して頂いたのですが、
フットマッサージ(右足)の時に、
「まえに、ケガとかされました？」
と訊かれました。
その時は思いつかなかったのですが、１０年ほど前に、右足首の骨にヒビが入るケガを負ったことがありましたぞ。
そーいえば、とお店を出てから思い出しました。
足首をくるり回しただけなのに、そんなことまで分かっちゃうのかと驚きです、うひゃあ。
あまりに気持ち良くて、マッサージ終了後はこころも身体もほや～んとなってしまって、あの日は、ろくすっぽお礼も申し上げずにお店を後にしたような気が。
ほんとうに、心地よかったです。
ありがとうございました。
でも２日前に腰の左側が痛くなったので(この前は右だったのに…)、また近々お伺いすると思います。
「ゆとり」のスタッフ皆さまもご自愛くださいませ。
